We wish to make our terms and conditions clear, simple and unambiguous, so you are free to enjoy your fly fishing vacation in Thailand.
There is no small print to wade through, only the terms and conditions set out in full as shown below -
RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS/FINAL PAYMENTS: A specific deposit of 50% is required for each fly fishing vacation in Thailand booked (this includes bookings for single fly fishing days in Thailand). Amount of deposit and due date will be specified on your invoice. Deposits are due within 7 days of making your reservation to confirm your fly fishing vacation dates in Thailand. No price is guaranteed until final payment is received. Balances are due 60 days prior to departure date as stated on your individual invoice. For reservations made 60 days or less prior to departure, full payment is due immediately upon receiving the invoice.
A booking is not confirmed or accepted until the deposit is paid.
For fly fishing vacations in Thailand reserved within 60 days of the start date a booking is not confirmed or accepted until the full invoice amount is paid.
If you have made a reservation by email and not paid the deposit or full balance, if the start date is within 60 days, within 7 days. We reserve the right to offer the dates you selected to another customer.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Payments are refundable less a 20% "Cancellation Fee" of deposit if written notice of cancellation is received by Fly Fish Thailand at least 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in Thailand. Cancellations received within 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in Thailand payments are non-refundable unless canceller provides a replacement person.
However, the fly fishing vacation in Thailand may be re-booked within 6 months of the original start date if the balance is paid in full by the original invoice date plus a change fee. A rebooking may only be made once per fly fishing vacation.
NOTE: Change fees will apply when replacements are provided.
RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT BY FLY FISH THAILAND AND/OR FINAL PAYMENT IS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT REGISTRANT HAS READ AND ACCEPTS THE CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSES.
In the event of a "NO SHOW" in Thailand there is NO REFUND. To protect yourself and your investment in the event of an unexpected cancellation due to medical reason or illness, Fly Fish Thailand STRONGLY recommends the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance.
CHANGES: Fly Fish Thailand will revise your booking the first time at no charge. Any additional changes will be charged at $50.00 per person, per change handling fee.
LATE BOOKINGS: Fly Fish Thailand accepts bookings up to 7 days before arrival in Thailand, subject to availability. Single days fly fishing in Thailand i.e. Barramundi trips may be booked the day before, subject to availability.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: Bank Transfers, Cash, Paypal and Western Union Transfers are accepted methods of payment.
DAMAGED OR BROKEN EQUIPMENT: Customers are held responsible for all fly fishing equipment ( with the exception of flies and leaders) on loan to them from Fly Fish Thailand. Any loss or damage, howsoever caused, will be charged to the customer, such charges will include the full replacement costs, shipping costs, import taxes & duties. Payment will be required immediately.
RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE: Fly Fish Thailand or any of its affiliated or associated companies, agents or sub-agents, shall not be liable or responsible in any way in connection with such hotels and/or providers of transportation, or other services, for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property howsoever caused or arising.
Fly Fish Thailand reserves the following rights:
(1) To make alterations in the clients' itineraries as Fly Fish Thailand deems necessary or desirable.
(2) To refuse to accept or retain as a guest any person at any time.
(3) All tariffs are subject to change. All prices are subject to change. Guests are responsible for expenditures occasioned by delays or other circumstances beyond the control of Fly Fish Thailand.
