Many fly fishers can become too anxious to grass a Barramundi and try to bring the fish to the net too quickly, trying to swipe at a lively fish with the net. Most fish are lost at the net. Let the fish tire itself out before drawing the exhausted fish over the net. This photo sequence shows Max playing and landing a 12 lb Barramundi to a perfect conclusion.
